Adult Kickboxing
Currently offered in our Barnsley and Leeds branches. Kickboxing is a striking based stand-up combat sport. You will learn how use strikes, blocks and defences, counters and set-ups. Kickboxing can be implemented in self-defence, competition and general fitness.

Kickboxing (K1)
Our Kickboxing classes are high-energy and fun. Led by our experienced coaches, you’ll learn the fundamentals of kickboxing while getting a full-body workout. Our classes are designed for you to quickly learn punches, kicks, defence and movements, in addition to learning how to hold pads and work with partners. New students are introduced to our formula of pad work, combinations, tempo, and most importantly safety. They will challenge you and help you reach your full potential.
Whether you’re brand new or have prior experience, our kickboxing sessions are structured to help you build real skills while improving your strength, cardio, and coordination. Each class is a perfect mix of technique, sweat, and intensity — you’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and energized. As you progress, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of striking mechanics, timing, and how to move with purpose and control.
We pride ourselves on creating a positive training environment that balances discipline and fun. Our coaches work with you individually to refine your technique and push you at your own pace. You’ll not only improve your fitness, but also develop mental toughness, focus, and a strong sense of community through partner drills and team-based training.
