Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a form of kickboxing referred to as “Thai boxing”. It is a martial art that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. The sport of Muay Thai combines the use of fists, elbows, knees and shins . This is what is often described as the “art of eight limbs”. Our Muay Thai classes have a friendly and motivating atmosphere to help develop you both physically and mentally. Safety and good sportsmanship is a top priority and proper control is emphasized during training. All Levels Classes offers a fun basic introduction to Muay Thai where students learn how to kick, punch and use their knees and elbows, in addition to learning how to hold pads and work with partners.

Each class blends traditional Thai techniques with modern training methods, focusing on timing, balance, and power generation. You’ll also learn the fundamentals of clinch work — a defining aspect of Muay Thai — where control, positioning, and short-range striking come into play.

Our coaches are dedicated to helping you build solid technique and strong conditioning in a supportive group setting. Expect to improve not just your striking, but also your coordination, endurance, and mental focus. Partner drills, pad work, and controlled sparring all contribute to an engaging and well-rounded training experience.
